- Login problems (spinning wheel, wrong password loop, QR code not working, etc.)
- First-time account setup or claiming your account
- Password reset issues that aren’t working the usual way
- Trouble accessing Canvas, PowerSchool, NCEducation, or any app inside the portal
- Parent account creation or linking to your child
- Feedback or suggestions for the website (we love hearing what would make things even clearer)
- Letting us know if something on the site is out of date or incorrect — we fix it the same day whenever possible

We personally check and reply to every message, usually within 24–48 hours (often much faster). On school nights and weekends we might be a little slower, but we’ll never leave you hanging for long.
When you write, the more details you can share, the faster we can help. Telling us whether you’re a student, parent, or teacher, what device you’re using (school Chromebook, home laptop, iPhone, etc.), your school district or LEA code, and exactly what’s happening on the screen makes a huge difference. Screenshots are always welcome too!

We are not part of the North Carolina Department of Public Instruction, Identity Automation, RapidIdentity, or any school district. We cannot access or reset your account for you, but we can walk you through every step until you’re in.
